Your Mission:
- Design Mastery: Lead the creation of Design Documentation, Schematics, PCB designs, and Product BOMs, establishing yourself as the driving force behind our next-gen products.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure product requirements are successfully captured, decomposed, validated, and verified, guaranteeing that your work translates into top-notch, reliable products.
- Innovation Oversight: Advise and support the business on technical developments, ensuring adherence to ISO9001 process procedures and industry standards, positioning yourself as a key player in our technological advancements.
- Project Leadership: Lead problem-solving activities, identify technical risks & issues, and champion the resolution, showcasing your leadership as instrumental in the success of our projects.
- Leadership Mastery: Take charge of work packages, guiding team members and ensuring timely completion, showcasing your organizational skills that set the stage for team success.
- Communication Excellence: Liaise seamlessly with internal teams and external partners, ensuring effective communication that facilitates collaboration, a key component in our shared victories.
- Process Prowess: Lead the development and adherence to design processes, ensuring they align with the NPI process and ISO9001 standards, establishing yourself as the guardian of quality and efficiency.
