Job Description
- Leading the engineering team in the design, development, and implementation of business services solutions.
- Providing direction and support to team members to meet project deadlines.
- Ensuring the quality and safety standards of all engineering and manufacturing processes.
- Overseeing project management and ensuring timely delivery.
- Collaborating with other departments to integrate business services solutions.
- Driving innovation and continuous improvement within the engineering team.
- Reporting to senior management on team performance and project progress.
- Representing the company at industry events and conferences.
Working Hours:
05:00 - 13:00 Monday - Friday
11:00 - 19:00 Monday - FridayOn Call when working 11:00 - 19:00 shift (Usually over the phone)
The Successful Applicant
An experienced Multi-Skilled Engineer/Technician, ideally with previous leadership experience & fast-paced environment exposure, as well as:
- A recognised Engineering qualification (E.g. HNC, C&G).
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- High level of technical competency and ability to learn new systems quickly.
- Ability to work well in a team and foster a positive working environment.
- Good understanding of continuous improvement would be advantageous
