Lead Estimator

Hiring an experienced Lead Estimator to be seconded by our client to a project site based at Wilton, for this full-time permanent opportunity, to prepare and manage cost estimates for an improvement project which aims to simplify the complex plant facility.
You will bring large-scale construction or engineering project experience and familiarity with practices and principles of project management. As a strong communicator you will be able to work effectively in a fast paced, detail-oriented environment, analysing and solving problems to meet deadlines.
Outline responsibilities include:
• Evaluating bids and assessing risks
• Estimating, developing and controlling costs throughout project lifecycle
• Completing project documentation and reporting
• Communicating with stakeholders
• Ensuring project objectives are met
You will need:
• BA or MA in engineering, construction management, or a related field
• Strong proficiency in cost estimation software and tools
