The role
This is an exciting opportunity where you will affect the EUC experience for all end users and be a key part of the Technology team. As a Lead EUC Engineer, you will apply your knowledge and experience across the organisation's EUC technologies, tools, applications, and hardware while contributing to the day-to-day support and delivery of EUC for the organisation and all end users.
Additionally, you will assist in creating and maintaining EUC roadmaps for applications & features, hardware, and endpoint security; identify areas of risk, and manage the desktop and mobile application lifecycle. You will also assist with device builds, and enrolment, creating and deploying configurations, compliance and endpoint security policies, and updating and monitoring operating systems.
Your profile
- Experience managing the lifecycle of desktop and mobile applications, deploying applications (SCCM, Intune), and following up and resolving application vulnerabilities
- Experience managing, protecting, and monitoring endpoints across various platforms (Windows 10/11, iOS, Android) using Intune, SCCM, or Defender for Endpoint; working with task sequences and Autopilot
- Experience of securing and protecting endpoints using Intune, group policies, and Defender for Endpoint; designing and implementing security controls/features, analysing vulnerabilities, and patching Windows and mobile operating systems using Intune, Windows Update for Business, and Autopatch
- Experience of managing the lifecycle of desktop and mobile versions of Microsoft and third-party applications; responding to application requests, deployment using SCCM and Intune, version and feature rollouts, and addressing application vulnerabilities
- Experience with device builds/enrolment, creating & deploying configurations, compliance, and endpoint security policies, and updating/monitoring operating systems
- Experience managing MS 365 roadmaps for various apps (Office, OneDrive, Planner, Teams, Loop, Copilot) and managing the rollout of new features
- Experience partnering with other teams to address software and hardware issues, identifying potential issues across environments (MS Endpoint Analytics/Defender Vulnerability Management) and applying remediations

- Competitive salary package of £53,000 - £61,000 dependent on skills, experience, and qualifications
