Fullstack is seeking an ambitious and skilled builder to join our dynamic early team. The Role:
As a pivotal member of the founding team, you will build our platform, shaping the front and backend product around our ongoing user research and business vision.
Looking ahead, you will spearhead the product roadmap and team expansion, establishing the technical ingredients needed to drive the rapid growth of our business, alongside our data science team.
Responsibilities:
- Independently delivering the initial front & backend build for our software product, calling upon your existing technical skills & experience to deliver timely outputs of high quality.
- Developing the platform, making critical informed decisions on our front and backend build.
- Leading hands-on coding, testing and delivery of our MVP with external parties whilst responding adaptively to the changing needs of the business and our design partners/first business customers.
- Building API integrations to extract data from our customers' POS systems and push data to external third-party platforms.
- Working closely with the team to define feature scope and timeline for the product in conjunction with commercial priorities.
- Collaborating with our Data Science team, to ensure neat integration of our cutting-edge forecasting models into the product interface.
- Spearheading future hiring and development of the product/technical team and its culture, alongside our existing founding members.
- Ensuring best practice documentation and laying foundations for scalability of our infrastructure to support the company's growth.
- Applying creative problem-solving to product strategy, identifying opportunities for swift delivery of added customer value beyond the original roadmap.
Skills Required:
- Proven ability to deliver products in a fast-paced tech startup environment.
- Confidence across the Full Stack of web development (Front-end, Back-end, and infrastructure).
- Experience in the following (HTML, CSS, React,Node js, Python and REST APIs).
- Ability to inspire and build a high-performing product team.
- Entrepreneurial spirit, flexibility, and a willingness to operate across various areas in a startup environment.
- Transparent work ethic to lay strong foundations for our company culture.
- Ability to communicate clearly with technical and non-technical team members, to get the most out of collaboration across work streams.
- Comfort with working to changing priorities and adaptability to working on tasks both independently and with others.
