Temporary Outbound Customer Service/Lead Handler Job Chester Central Immediate Start 4 - 8 weeks

Hays Business Support is proud to be exclusively working with Sykes Holiday Cottages to support one of their core business areas; property recruitment. Responsible for building relationships with Property Owners and ultimately getting new properties on the books, this team have seen an incredible amount of interest from prospective property owners over the last few months. Due to this, they have a need for 5 temporary workers to join them for a period of 4 - 8 weeks to support the lead generation agents.
Your new role
Working in tandem with a successful team on site, you will be the initial point of contact for prospective property owners. Picking up online enquiries, you will be conducting outbound customer service to qualify whether the property meets the Sykes standard! You will be accurately recording information and scoring against a set criteria, and passing the lead information through to the property recruitment team to handle the lead. You will be conducting a high volume of outbound calls, but you will not be sacrificing quality as you will be forming the first impression of the company to this pipeline of business. You will be working on site, in Central Chester, Monday - Friday, 9am - 5:30pm for a period of 4 weeks, but with a further extension possible, up to 8 weeks.
What you'll need to succeed
This role would suit someone with contact centre/customer service experience. You will have outstanding communication skills, and feel comfortable working at pace in a busy and friendly office! You will have excellent attention to detail which you will use for your data capture. You must be available from Monday 5th February - 1st March without exception, and ideally for an additional 4 weeks beyond.
What you'll get in return
Working with an award winning employer in Chester, you will have classroom-based training to set you up for success! You will have an hourly rate of £10.42ph + holiday roll up to £11.68ph.
