A career that works for you We’re looking for a Lead information Security Engineering Manager to enhance key aspects of security engineering within the DLP and CASB domain. We need you to have * Ability to lead design, implementation, and management of DLP and CASB solutions. Familiarity with industry-leading tools and technologies. * Proficient in cloud security principles, especially related to data protection, encryption, access controls, and compliance. * Ability to define a clear vision for DLP and CASB initiatives aligned with organisational goals. * Experience leading cross-functional teams, mentoring junior staff, and driving successful project outcomes. * Skilled in assessing risks related to data exposure, unauthorised access, and policy violations. * Lead comprehensive DLP and CASB policy development, including data classification, incident response, and access controls. * Experience leading policy enforcement across diverse environments (on-premises, cloud, remote). * Ability to collaborate with business units, IT teams, Information Security, and audit compliance teams, to align DLP and CASB strategies, measuring on adherence. And if you have any of these, even better. * Familiarity with leading security incident response related to data leaks, breaches, or policy violations. * Experience working with DLP and CASB vendors, evaluating solutions, and negotiating contracts. * Understanding of API security and integration points for DLP and CASB. * Knowledge of digital forensics techniques for investigating security incidents.
