JOB TITLE: Lead Integrator
LOCATION(S): Birmingham, Bristol, Manchester or London
HOURS: Full-Time
WORKING PATTERN: Our work style is hybrid, which involves spending at least two days per week, or 40% of our time, at one of our office sites.

The purpose of the Senior Integrator is to coordinate large scale change that requires cross-cutting engagement across multiple Business Units, Functions and/or 3rd parties.
The Senior Integrator sits at Platform or Business Unit-level, embedded within a platform for a given programme of work.

About the Team:
In the AI and Analytics Service Platform we lead, design, build, and operate the bank's Machine Learning, Data Science and Analytics solutions.

Role Responsibilities:
- Works with stakeholders across the Group to ensure thatplatform-, BU- or Group-wide initiatives, including legaland regulatory requirements, are appropriately prioritisedacross necessary product backlogs, on behalf of the POfor the initiative.
- Leads a team of Integrators to coordinate complexintegration.
- Establishes pivotal integration points across Platforms and effectively communicates these integration points torelevant stakeholders.
- Works with backlog owners across the Group tounderstand progress against delivery timelines.
- Collaborates with Platform Leadership and Product Owners Team to plan and prioritise integration relatedtasks.
- Proactively identifies critical risks to delivery andinstigates recovery action with appropriate seniorstakeholders.
- Is a key escalation point to resolve blockers and workswith platform leaders to resolve interlock challengesbetween platforms.
- Manages suppliers (3rd Party), providing oversight andmanaging underperformance.
- Leads complex and high-risk implementations requiringintegration between multiple parties (internal/external) toensure safe delivery.
Key Requirements:
- Experience of delivering complex technology programmes technology.
- Deep experience of using agile techniques to delivery technology change.
- Clear and articulate communicator, with a proven track record of dealing with all levels in large blue chip organisations.
- Proven leader of large teams.
- Able to identify future risk/dependencies in a changing environment and resolve.
- Capable of negotiating/leading 3rd party supplier relationships.
Desirables:
- Background in delivery of data/machine learning background.
- Experience of Financial Services.
- Experience of working with offshore centres.
