About the Role
As Lead Data Discovery and Enrichment, your purpose is to drive the discovery and enrichment of data to support business decisions. You will lead a team in identifying data sources, optimizing data structures, and ensuring data quality. Your role is crucial in ensuring accurate and actionable insights are obtained from the data.
About the Data Discovery and Enrichment Organisation
Data Discovery and Enrichment Experts are subject matter experts in the legal domain, playing a key role in leading the transformation of legal technology. They partner with data scientists, data engineers, and Product managers to create cutting-edge artificial intelligence solutions with legal data. Data Discovery and Enrichment Experts provide annotation, evaluation, and feedback to their partners which are critical to the development of these solutions. Responsibilities
- Managing a team of Data Discovery and Enrichment Experts
- Driving Data Discovery and Enrichment projects and results
- Performing advanced legal research and analysis
- Advancing best practices for creating training Data and evaluating AI models
- Collaborating with internal partners across various roles
- Communicating complex information to diverse audiences
- Leading presentations for internal stakeholders
- Advocating for Responsible AI
Requirements
- Be a qualified solicitor or barrister
- Have advanced professional legal experience
- Be competent in advanced legal research and writing
- Have professional experience in one or more of the following areas: managing, coaching, and mentoring of others
- Have a customer-centric mindset
- Be able to lead highly complex projects
- Have an intermediate understanding or interest in machine learning and natural language processing technologies
