In our cutting-edge environment, models are crafted through a sophisticated MLOps pipeline. This pipeline encompasses training, tuning, containerization, and deployment to their IOT vision systems. The production deployment involves Nvidia Jetsons, with Python, Docker, Azure, and GitHub Actions being integral to their operations.

Role & Responsibilities:

• Enhance end-to-end performance in detection, ejection, and prioritization.
• Understand and adapt to changing client site conditions affecting our robotics and machine learning system.
• Create and implement tools enabling non-technical staff to train, configure, and deploy models.
• Unblock engineers technically and mentor team members to improve overall engineering excellence.
• Promote an industrialization mindset, prioritizing high-quality datasets and robust production processes.
• Improve versioning, release, and launch procedures while collaborating with other tech teams to set technical standards and processes across the business.

Requirements:

• Possess expertise in at least one of machine learning/ML, computer vision/CV, physics, maths, or engineering.
• Over 7 years of experience delivering production-level code in Python, advocating best practices.
• Proficient in working with cloud systems like Azure, GCP, and AWS.
• Demonstrated commercial experience, showcasing the ability to understand complex requirements for delivering maximum customer value.
• Previous experience in startup environments, with a track record of scaling products according to business needs.
• Successfully navigated the entire product lifecycle, from planning and design to execution and ongoing support.

Desirable:

• Familiarity with CI/CD Pipelines
• Mentoring and Coaching Aptitude:
• Background in Robotics and Industrial Environments
