• Lead Capex investment projects• Conduct Lean/Kaizen improvement studies• Plan and coordinate installation of new equipment• Drive Kaizen initiatives and track cost savings• Analyze workflow and equipment placement• Work cross-functionally to ensure customer satisfaction
Requirements
• Experienced Lean Leader with strong leadership abilities• Preferably an engineer with CAD Design skills• Prior experience in leading lean initiatives• Goal-oriented and motivated• Excellent organizational and time management skills• Strong computer literacy and knowledge of design• Ability to work in a diverse team environment
