Job description

We are seeking an Analytics Lead who has the analytical and leadership skills as well as business experience to play an integral role within the marketing organisation and is looking to join a best-in-class team dedicated to continuously improving our brand performance. The Analytics Lead will be responsible for partnering the numerous end-users in the Brand, Social & Content teams with their various needs from tracking, analytics and measurement perspective, driving out insight to influence valuable change. Whilst you will report to the Director of Brand & Content, this role will collaborate with the Head of Effectiveness, Digital Marketing Analytics team as well as Consumer Insights team to connect data, learning and foster a support network.

This is a great time to join TUI as we have a core strategic focus on effectiveness, and this role will be a key driver for creative and channel effectiveness in our brand world in both owned and paid channels. Whilst our digital analytics and media econometrics are relatively mature, our brand analytics as well as mid-funnel content analytics have opportunity to develop. This role will connect into all, bringing up the level of maturity across our marketing team.

As the world’s largest tourism business, we offer great career opportunities together with a fast-paced, energising culture. Our UK Head office is in Luton, but TUI believes that work is something you do, not somewhere you go. As such, we operate a hybrid approach to work that allows freedom and flexibility, but also encourages effective working and strong team relationships.

Closing date for applications will be Wednesday 6th March.
