Your new companyYour new company is a Specialist Engineering Consultancy within Cheshire who operate at every point in the Engineering life cycle. They are at the forefront of technology within their field and have a number of high-end clients within the Oil & Gas, Chemical, Nuclear, Pharma & Chemical industries. They are excelling within their field and hiring due to growth with an ongoing pipeline of work. Your new roleAs a Lead Mechanical Engineer you will report to the Engineering Manager and work within a strong team within Mechanical Department. You will be in a strong team, with an innovative, collaborative culture that offers support. Projects will be across the full lifecycle and vary across different sectors.You will be responsible for day-to-day Design Engineering and ensure that projects / tasks are completed on a time and cost efficient manner. What you'll need to succeedTo succeed in this role, you will be an experienced Senior Engineer with qualifications within an engineering discipline.Experience within the Oil & Gas, Chemical, Nuclear & Chemical industries is preferable, but open to other consultancy work. Chartered is not essential, but is desirable. This would be an excellent opportunity for an experienced engineer to take the next step in their career.What you'll get in returnIn return, you will receive an excellent salary of between £60,000 - £75,000, but this is negotiable dependent experience. You will receive some excellent training & development in your role too, whether it is on the job training or additional qualifications.
