Job description

We are dealing with a Building Information modelling company who are looking to expand their small but well integrated team by hiring a Lead MEP Coordinator to assist in everything Revit, MEP & BIM related in their Croydon office.

The suitable candidate will be overseeing daily operations & utilising a small team that collaborates on RIBA stage 5-6 MEP projects. On going assistance & direction will be provided by senior members of the team.

The requirements of this job are:

- Minimum 2 years’ experience in Revit.
- Minimum 2 years’ experience co-ordinating MEP/BIM Services
- Experience of BIM implementation during the RIBA Plan of Work stages 5-6
- Experience digesting MEP Stage 4 design information (layout drawings, schematics, specifications & schedules)
- Experience digesting BIM documentation (Execution Plans, Model Production & Delivery Tables, Information Management Plans and Asset Information Requirements etc)
- Experience raising RFIs (request for information)
- Experience using Navisworks, AutoCAD & Fabrication within Revit.
- Experience working within a M&E Contractor or Consultancy environment.
- Degree, HNC/HND or other relevant higher education qualification in construction/mechanical/ electrical engineering/project management or similar – Preferred but not essential.

As previously stated, this role is based in Croydon with Travel to/from work covered within its salary package, so could be suitable for candidates in Kent, Sussex or neighbouring areas in London.
