Remote first – work from wherever you are in the UK.

We are looking to secure a superb App developer who can bring Dev Ops in house from an external organisation and then build out a team in the UK!

Basical salary is fluid depending on experience.

£60,000 - £70000 you will have leadership potential and be technically on point!

£75,000 - £90,000 you will have excellent leadership and technical levels (experience)

For this role, we’re looking for:

  • Experience leading a small team of developers, coaching and mentoring team members
  • Solid experience in at least one of Swift for iOS or Kotlin for Android, with comfort working in the other
  • Strong understanding of mobile app architecture, design patterns, and best practices
  • Experience working with app SDKs
  • Experience with RESTful API integration and data storage solutions
  • Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment with Product Managers, UX and QA
  • Experience taking a senior/advocating role in Agile ways of working and leading in product discovery

What you’ll do:

You will be responsible for building and leading a team of Mobile Developers and driving the development of mobile applications for both iOS and Android. This role involves both hands-on coding and technical leadership, collaborating within multi-disciplinary teams to deliver high-quality mobile solutions, following Agile ways of working, with an unwavering focus on quality, user experience, security, data protection and scalability.


You will have the opportunity to work on exciting and challenging projects, often with

cutting edge technology; mentor other developers; and contribute to the growth and

success of our company.


  • Lead and mentor a team of Mobile Developers, providing guidance and technical expertise
  • Work collaboratively within multi-disciplinary teams, including UX Designers, Product Managers, QA, and other engineers, to develop and deliver high-quality mobile applications
  • Architect and design mobile solutions that are scalable, maintainable, performant and secure
  • Develop and maintain code libraries, frameworks, and tools for mobile application development
  • Proactively stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to drive continuous improvement in mobile development processes
  • Conduct code reviews to ensure code quality and adherence to coding standards
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues
  • Lead the recruitment and hiring of new Mobile Developers
  • Advocating for agile ways of working, encouraging collaboration and helping us build an empowered and psychologically safe culture
