Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor a team of .Net Developers in the design, development, and deployment of innovative solutions.
- Utilise your expertise in .Net Core, Linux, SQL, and Azure to architect and implement scalable and robust applications.
- Ensure code quality, performance, and security through testing and code reviews.
Requirements:
- Experience leading/mentoring Software Developers.
- Experience working in the defense or aviation space.
- Proficient in .Net Core, Linux, SQL, and Azure.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
