Lead .Net Developer - Hybrid

Hoist Finance is a leading debt restructuring partner to international banks whose aim is to support customers in becoming debt free, contributing to a society where people are given the opportunity to repay their debts in a dignified and sustainable manner!

Due to a restructuring programme, we are currently looking to recruit an experienced Lead .NET Developer. This is to further standardise the technology stack within the development teams and as a result will bring the Web and Integration platform development together within the Omni Channel function.

As the Lead Developer you will be:

· Playing a key role in the planning, technical design, implementation and support

· Taking ownership of the technical side of the 3rd party vendors that are used across the company websites and integration platform

· Obtaining a full knowledge transfer of the vendors, applications and services currently used within the web and integration teams

· Taking ownership for all new development requests, scoping the development, writing tech specs and assigning work to developers

· Working closely with EA to design the group integration platform

· Helping migrate from the current ESB to Microsoft Azure Functions

Skills Needed:

· Good knowledge and experience of the .net framework

· Experience of leading a team of .NET Developers

· Experience with Microsoft Azure Services

· Experience with developing, supporting and monitoring APIs

· Proficient with Visual Basic Professionals and Code

· Knowledge of web languages such as ASP.NET, React JS

· Proven experience of migrating between platforms
