MPharm in Pharmacy or equivalent. Registered with the Pharmaceutical Society of Northern Ireland (PSNI) or eligible to register. Registered as a Pharmacist Independent Prescriber. Completed or enrolled in a Post Graduate Masters, or equivalent.
