ELFT pharmacy service employs approximately 90 staff. There is one technician-led dispensaries in the Trust (in London), and clinical pharmacy teams embedded in the locality ward/community team bases. In this post you will join other pharmacists and medicines management technicians to form a dynamic and creative pharmacy team which will provide pharmacy services to a wide range of community and inpatient service users in Luton and Bedfordshire. You will provide support to the medicines management technicians; provide a clinical pharmacy service to inpatient wards and community mental health teams. You will be working closely with the clinical lead pharmacist in undertaking and developing audits and projects to evaluate and improve services alongside pharmacy and trust priorities and objectives.
