    Maintaining the Alliance Reporting Cycle by providing meeting packsSupporting the Alliance Reporting Manager in the development of Alliance reporting capabilities to meet the demands of the Alliance governance structureMaintenance and management of the Alliance Governance Review actions ensuring they are kept updatedContinued development of a standardised approach that enables consistency of information across various reviews and enables easy decision-makingGenerating agenda packs on programme performance and upholding the single version of the truthSupporting Alliance Management Team members with ad-hoc initiativesAble to undertake advanced problem solving typically based on previous experienceImplementing reporting requirements within the Alliance governance structure, continued development of material and effective ways of working
Your skills and experiences:Essential:
    Established understanding of, and success in, managing reporting of performance, in very large and complex programmesRecognised qualification in project management, engineering or related field / demonstrable equivalent experienceSignificant experience working with stakeholders across multiple functions and grade structures, and facilitating/influencing decision making at these levelsAbility to manage highly capable, cross-functional teams, and exert influence both within and outside direct line management
Desirable:
    Experience of working within a major UK investment project, involving both public and private sector organisationsKnowledge of the UK Defence Sector and Submarines Enterprise

The role has interfaces with MoD, DNO, SDA and Alliance stakeholders.
