SalaryWhat will the role look like?
The post-holder will lead the Barca Outreach Support Team working in partnership with NHS colleagues at Leeds Teaching Hospital Trust and LYPFT, Urgent Care services (including A&E, Yorkshire Ambulance Service and Police) and Primary Care services to support patients to improve their health and wellbeing, and reduce their reliance on emergency services.
This is a great opportunity to be involved in a project which consistently achieves very positive outcomes and is recognised nationally as being one of the leading providers in this specialist area of work.
What we are looking for?
We are looking for an individual who is passionate, resilient and enthusiastic to lead the team. The ideal candidate will have experience of working with people with multiple and complex needs as well as experience of managing employees and/or volunteers.
