Lead Process Engineer

I'm currently looking for a Lead Process Engineer to join a Global Chemical business in the Yorkshire region. As the Lead Process Engineer, you will be responsible for supporting this Upper Tier COMAH site's production area and supporting junior Process Engineers. In addition, you will be responsible for the following:
KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Your duties as the Lead Process Engineer will be varied, however the key duties and responsibilities are as follows:
1.Provide operational support to the business to support the Capital Investment projects, process optimisation and loss reduction activities, including waster and energy.
2.Deal with Process Engineering designs, including for equipment specifications, selection, production sign-off etc.
3.Implement and improve processes to computer systems and in house Engineering procedures.
4.Collaborate effectively across multi-disciplinary teams, co-ordinating and leading the implementation of new products and technologies on site.
ROLE REQUIREMENTS:
To be successful in your application to this exciting opportunity as the Lead Process Engineer we are looking to identify the following on your profile and history:
1. Relevant degree in a Chemical or Process Engineering discipline.
2. Proven industry experience working within a Top Tier COMAH site
3. A working knowledge and practical experience of supporting manufacturing, engineering or facility teams within hazardous facilities.
