THE ROLE:
As the Lead Product Analyst, you can expect to work on exciting projects, such as:
- Work with marketeers to offer advice on campaign set-up and attribution
- Running various A/B tests to measure success and tracking success of product performance
- Using SQL and R or Python for modelling to understand regression and customer lifetime value, as well as analysing the customer journey and how customers navigate the app
- Collaborating with data engineers to define data points for tracking and automation
- Optimising different marketing channels through deep analysis, in order to understand the customer journey and the different touch points
YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
- Have proven experience working in product analytics
- Have excellent SQL proficiency for analysis, and preferably either R or Python modelling experience
- Have extensive a/b testing/MVT experience, experimenting on product features and personalisation
- Be extremely data and tech literate, with statistical knowledge
- Have experience in the above role responsibilities to carry over into this position
- Be able to manage 2 senior products analysts while also remain hands-on
SALARY AND BENEFITS:
- Base salary up to £95,000
