Job Role:Lead Quality Assurance Engineer
Location: Weymouth
Hours: Full Time Monday to Friday

This role will include:
- Support, implement and monitor all Quality Assurance systems to ensure compliance with AS9100 & AS9102 as well as all required company, customer and regulatory ruling and processes
- Control MSE/Gauge R&R of all inspection equipment
- Control of calibration and servicing of inspection equipment
- Managing of offline programming to support production/inspection measurement and NPI Projects
- Inspection team development and management of skills & training, including training of shop staff on inspection tools & techniques
- Support company Red Table/RCCA activities
- FAIR creation, control, sign-off and submittal
Skills and experience required:
- Wide knowledge of product and processes used in the manufacture of aerospace parts and assemblies
- FAIR & PPAP skills
- Knowledge of AS, ISO and NADCAP standards
- Champion / Lead continuous Improvement
- Familiar with the use/programming of relevant equipment, CMM's, Faro Arms etc. (desirable)
- Highly analytical with excellent attention to detail
