Our client has an exciting role for Lead Receptionist to deliver an efficient and high quality service to guests, patients, suppliers and staff.
Main Responsibilities:
- Greeting patients and visitors
- Manage the front of house area & managing the onsite reception team
- Complete all the administration tasks including supplier sign in documentation, purchase orders, arranging patient & staff transportation
- Security services - issuing keys, providing cover for entry and exit of staff from the building
- Other ad-hoc duties as required
Requirements:
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Previous healthcare / hospital industry experience
- Experience in leading a team of receptionists / administrators
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience in a similar role
- Excellent experience in an administration
- High level of confidentiality and stakeholder engagement
