As the Lead RF Design Engineer, you will be a key player in the development of groundbreaking products that push the boundaries of technology. They are looking for an individual with a strong background in RF design, a passion for innovation, and the leadership skills to guide a team in designing RF systems across diverse applications.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and inspire a team of RF Design Engineers to create cutting-edge RF solutions for a range of products.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define RF design requirements and ensure alignment with overall product objectives.
• Oversee the design, simulation, and testing of RF components and systems to meet performance, reliability, and regulatory standards.
• Provide technical expertise in the evaluation and selection of RF components and technologies for various applications.
• Drive continuous improvement in RF design processes, methodologies, and tools.
• Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive products to inform design decisions and technology roadmaps.

As the selected Lead RF Design Engineer, your background will include:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, RF Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience in RF design with a focus on product development.
• Strong background in designing RF systems for diverse applications.
• Demonstrated leadership experience, including leading and mentoring engineering teams.
• Proficiency in RF simulation tools, PCB layout, and hands-on experience with RF testing equipment.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
