Position Overview:
You will lead discovery meetings and oversee the advanced technical aspects of projects. Your involvement will span the entire project lifecycle, from presales to discovery. A key aspect of your responsibilities will involve collaborating with clients to optimize their utilization of Pardot. Serving as a reliable source of expertise, you will provide guidance aligned with Pardot and Salesforce best practices, leveraging the expanding capabilities to help clients envision a roadmap for their Pardot usage. Your duties will encompass managing implementation projects and ensuring the seamless functionality of the technical setup throughout the process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implementing technical CRM solutions to tackle prevalent business challenges
- A keen interest in tech stacks and portfolios
- Analytical mindset with a determination to find innovative solutions
- In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience in implementing and overseeing CRM and Marketing automation tools/systems
- Proven experience in designing, executing, and managing the progress of technical projects
- Familiarity with technical testing practices
- Clear articulation of strategies, approaches, and improvements to the internal leadership team
- A genuine passion for technology
