Job Title: Lead/ Senior Developer
Location: Hybrid (2 days a week near Colchester)
Salary: £50K- £70K
We are looking for an experienced senior/lead developer to join our client's software development team.

The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent problem-solving skills, and a deep understanding of best practices for software development.

You will be developing, maintaining and supporting clients existing systems, and also working on new client projects and guiding junior members of the team.

Technical Skills:

• 20+ years of Software development
• Excellent problem solving skills
• Experience in reviewing code and quality assurance
• C#
• Visual studio
• Net
• MS SQL Server
• HTML
• CSS
• JavaScript
• XML
• Vue/ React/ Angular (desirable)
• Able to develop code to a high standard
• Experience managing and meeting client expectations
