Lead Software Developer

Pure are delighted to be partnering with a well-established enterprise, to recruit for a Lead Software Developer to be based at their head-office in Great Yarmouth. You will be a key figure within the development team, closely supporting the Group Software Manager.
Responsibilities:

• Mentoring of Developers & Apprentices
• Drive continuous improvement in products and systems
• Front end development of websites & applications
• Back end development and writing substantial code for projects
• Creating and developing user interfaces for websites, databases & applications
• Developing Unit Tests
• Debugging & testing own work
• Completing peer reviews to improve code quality
• Deliver on customer requirements and engage in User Acceptance Testing
• Adhere to internal development processes for efficient code creation

Experience Needed:

• Demonstrable experience within a Lead / Senior Development role
• Experience using tools such as C#, .NET, SQL Server, Web API’s, JavaScript etc.
• Strong communication skills (written and oral)
