AddressWe are seeking a dynamic and experienced Lead Software Engineer to join our Apps, Automation & Business Intelligence Service team as the Lead for Apps and Automation.
This role is pivotal in shaping requirements and driving conversations with business colleagues to leverage the capabilities within the Power Platform. This hybrid role serves as the crucial bridge between developers and architects, making it ideal for a senior developer aspiring to transition into architecture or a Power Platform Solutions Architect who enjoys hands-on solution creation alongside the business.

What you'll be doing:
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to a team of developers working on Power Platform projects.
- Design, develop, and implement solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI, ensuring high-quality code and adherence to best practices.
- Collaborate with architects and business analysts to design and architect scalable, secure, and efficient Power Platform solutions with adhering licensing requirements to provide most suitable cost-effective way.
- Lead and manage Power Platform projects, including requirements gathering, estimation, planning, and coordination of resources.
What you’ll bring:
- Proven experience as a Power Platform developer, with hands-on expertise in Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI.
- Strong knowledge of solution architecture and design patterns in the Power Platform ecosystem.
- Experience leading and managing Power Platform projects, including requirements gathering, estimation, and resource coordination.
- Experience power platform licensing mechanism
- Proficiency in troubleshooting and issue resolution within the Power Platform.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to quickly grasp complex business requirements and translate them into simple technical solutions.
