WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?
The Lead Support Engineer will lead and manage a team of Second Line Support technicians. You will provide technical guidance, support, and mentorship to team members as well as oversee the resolution of complex technical issues escalated from the first line support team. You will act as a point of contact for escalated customer queries, ensuring timely and effective resolution, and collaborate with other departments to implement process improvements and enhance service delivery.
LEAD SUPPORT ENGINEER - ESSENTIAL SKILLS:
- Previous experience in a 2nd Line Support or Network Engineer role.
- Demonstrated leadership and team management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
