- Salary - £23,444.80

- Driver essential - UK or EU driving licence

Being a proactive, engaging and caring individual who is also a competent and confident Practice Lead for your colleagues, you will promote our values to ensure the best outcomes for the people we support.

You will need to demonstrate good organisational and IT skills. With an eye for detail you will play a key role in ensuring support plans are up to date and relevant. You will aid your colleagues to maintain a high level of compliance and safety in the homes you work in.

This is a fabulous opportunity for a person who wants to progress their career within Social Care as you will be supported by invested Managers, who are very involved in the support settings and take the time to develope their team members.
