Lead Teacher - Deputy Headteacher

Panoramic Care have partnered with a special school to work on a rewarding opportunity for a passionate educator to join a small special school in the Midlands as a Lead Teacher and Senior Leader on a permanent basis.
If you have a strong background in Special Educational Needs (SEN), a keen understanding of curriculum development, and proven leadership skills, we invite you to apply.
Key Responsibilities:

• 
  Experience in SEN Setting: Demonstrate a history of excellence in teaching within a Special Educational Needs environment, showcasing an understanding of the unique challenges and requirements associated with special education.
• 
  Collaboration with Executive Headteacher: Work closely with the Executive Headteacher to contribute to overall leadership strategy, ensuring an effective leadership dynamic.
• 
  Education Coverage and Leadership: Manage the delicate balance between covering education and assuming leadership responsibilities, showcasing your ability to lead by example and inspire excellence in others.
• 
  Strategical & Operational Oversight: Undertake day-to-day strategical and operational oversight, displaying sound judgment and decision-making skills in the absence of the Executive Headteacher.
• 
  Leading Teaching Staff: Inspire and lead the teaching staff, promoting a culture of continuous improvement, collaboration, and professional development.

Remuneration:

• Salary: Commencing at £44,000 with an increase at the start of the new academic year
