Job description

An amazing opportunity has arisen within the Pharmacy Aseptics team at Wexham Park Hospital to help enable a focus on specific aseptics training. This is a 2 year fixed term position.
The new NHS Long Term Workforce Plan, June 2023 sets out 3 areas for action: - Train, Retain and Reform, with a focus on growing the workforce and working and Training differently
We are looking to recruit a self-motivated and enthusiastic senior aseptics technician who has great initiative and experience, and also has demonstrable teaching skills. The successful applicant will need to be committed to self-development, have strong attention to detail with organisational, Education and Training and people skills. This role is vital to ensure the transformation, and future of Aseptic Services.

To deliver a safe, effective and efficient training package to the pharmacy workforce at Wexham Park Hospital which in turn will improve the service to cancer patients at Frimley Health NHS Foundation Trust.

The work is varied and will include:
All aspects of aseptic duties
Maintenance of QMS
Designing training packages for future proofing the service
You will need:
To be a registered Pharmacy Technician with the General Pharmaceutical Council
Have extensive aseptic experience
Committed to quality
Demonstrable teaching skills
