Description
As a Lead Trainer you will be responsible for:- Influencing and shaping the future of nuclear safety and innovation. You will do this by technical, behavioural and safety training nationwide through different channels of learning and solutions.
- Develop training materials
- Deliver training through various methods such as face-to-face, virtual, and digital.
- Promote company values and safety awareness
- Tailor training to meet varied learning styles and individual needs, ensuring an engaging and valuable learner experience
- Uphold and enhance training centre quality procedures, ensuring excellence in training delivery and maintenance of asset

- Extensive experience in the nuclear industry.
- Understanding of various learning styles.
- Strong commitment to safety and regulatory compliance.
- Exceptional presentation skills and the ability to inspire and motivate.
