Lead User Researcher - 12 month FTC - Hybrid

My client is looking for an experienced UX Researcher to cover a 12 month fixed-term contract to hit the ground running! You'll have experience working in a quick-pace environment, working on transformation projects.

Your role will involve managing a small team of researchers and driving the research roadmap forward through a business transformation project. You'll work collaboratively with cross0functional teams, ensuring a user-centric approach.

Your role -

• Leading and truly mentoring a small, highly motivated team of UX researcher.
• You'll build relationships across the business with other Research, Product & Engineering Teams to prioritise UX opportunities in a fast-paced environment.
• Working closely with product leadership, you'll advocate for the UX strategy, enabling insights that arm the team with the ability to create solutions that keep our users coming back.
• You'll lead research programs across multiple products. Working with other design leads, you'll build a culture of insight-led product design.

Experience -

• Track record of leading successful research initiatives in a fast paced environment.
• Previous experience leading & mentoring the day to day outputs and career development of a research team.
• Deep understanding of qualitative and quantitative methods, hands-on experience, and know how to choose the method that best answers the questions.
