In this role you will manage a small team of UX Researchers adding value and developing the UX research operations at the company. You will provide strategy, ideas and lead the team from the front to gain better and more accurate research, share research & insight with key stakeholders and present your understanding of users, whole user journey maps, personas etc.
The ideal candidate will be an experienced Lead UX Researcher with a passion for UX Research and the ability to lead a team of UX Researchers alongside your own work. You will need to have excellent communication skills, stakeholders management skills, and natural leadership qualities to drive your team forward. Need to be commutable to Bristol 3 x per week.

The Role:

• Manage a small team of UX Researchers to enhance UX research operations within the company.
• Provide strategic direction and ideas while leading the team to conduct thorough and accurate research.
• Share research findings and insights with key stakeholders to inform decision-making processes.
• Present comprehensive understanding of users, including user journey maps, personas, and other relevant insights.
• Drive efforts to improve and develop the overall UX research capabilities of the team and the organisation.

The Person:

• Experienced Lead UX Researcher with a strong passion for UX research and leadership capabilities.
• Ability to lead a team of UX Researchers while actively contributing to research efforts.
• Excellent communication skills for effectively conveying research findings and managing stakeholders.
• Natural leadership qualities to motivate and guide the team towards shared objectives.
• Willingness to commute to Bristol three times per week for work-related responsibilities.
