Form of workInternational Luxury Consumer brand is looking for a talented and innovative UX Designer to lead UX/UI design across web platforms, supporting the ongoing growth and future ambitions of our Ecommerce channel, and deliver exceptional customer experience in all digital channels with best-in-class brand assets and design.

Key Responsibilities:
• Designing websites, landing pages, illustrations, logos, and digital assets optimized for web devices
• Wireframing and prototyping user journeys and conversion paths using Adobe XD or Figma or Sketch
• Collaborating to conceptualize visuals based on requirements
• Working with copywriters and front-end developers, CRO specialist to produce build-ready designs
• Ensuring design standards, guidelines, and best practices are adhered to across the Digital team
• Managing, mentoring, and supporting more junior members of the UX design team
• Conducting competitive analysis of other websites that operate in the same space
• Iterative working and identifying areas for improvement
Requirements:
- 5+ years of UX Design experience preferably in consumer goods / ecommerce
designing solid landing pages and webpages that are responsive.
- A rich understanding of user experience principles.
- Experience in branding, graphic design illustration, digital assets creation.
- Experience using Adobe XD or Figma or Sketch to create interactive wireframes
- Familiarity with Adobe software (Illustrator, Photoshop) is required.
- Familiarity with Bootstrap Design Frameworks is required.
- Knowledge of SEO fundamentals.
- Understanding of HTML/CSS/JavaScript required.
- Experience working on e-commerce websites is preferred but not mandatory.

- Digital savvy, well-rounded creative with design, content, and/or generic creative experience.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage time effectively.
- Self-motivated, who drives for results with commitment to details and quality.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Experience working closely with front-end developers
