Our client is looking for a pro-active Lead Technician to join their workshop team to be responsible for the maintenance of a wide range of fleet vehicles, sports cars and even the occasional single seater race car. This will include carrying out full inspection, fault diagnosis and repair of the vehicles.

Roles and Responsibilities
- Supervise workshop and distribute workload alongside Workshop Manager.
- Support other technicians and monitor productivity.
- Take on Workshop Manager duties when they are absent e.g. parts stock control & administration.
- To be responsible for vehicle maintenance, including inspection, fault diagnoses and repair.
- To ensure vehicles are prepared to the agreed technical and presentational standards.
- To work collaboratively within the team to achieve departmental goals.
Experience Requirements
- NVQ Level 3 in Motor Vehicle Engineering.
- Minimum 2 years + experience as a Senior Technician.
- Experience in working with Prestige or Sports cars.
- Leadership skills within a relevant environment.
- Excellent teamwork collaboration.
- Welding and fabrication experience (desirable).
- Clean UK Driving License.
- Commitment and motivation to achieve results.
