This position puts you at the forefront of creating and launching an Automated Lending Platform. You'll leverage your profound knowledge of FinTech and outstanding software development skills in this transformative role.

Strategic Vision: Collaborate across teams to lay out a comprehensive roadmap, from concept to deployment. Define project goals, technical benchmarks, and realistic timelines for seamless execution.
Innovative Solutions: Architect lending algorithms, risk models, and interest structures grounded in your understanding of financial mathematics and industry trends.
Technical Proficiency: Develop cutting-edge frontend and backend solutions using your prowess in Typescript, Next JS, and Node JS.
DeFi Integration: Seamlessly integrate decentralized lending features with DeFi protocols like Stablecoins, MakerDAO, Aave, and Centrifuge (no prior experience required).
Development Leadership: Champion software best practices, conduct code reviews, and ensure a secure, maintainable codebase through rigorous testing.
Mentorship: Play a pivotal role in nurturing junior developers, fostering a culture of innovation and collaborative growth.
User-Centric Design: Lead the creation of an intuitive user interface adhering to the latest UX principles, ensuring a seamless user experience.

Requirements:
