Job Title: Leadership and Development Specialist
Location: Remote (Home) North/Midlands based
Flexibility: Travel to Bolton office as required and to sites
Contract Type: Permanent 37.5 hours per week
Salary: £35,000 - £40,000 per annum plus £3,000 car allowance

Key Responsibilities:
Demonstrate a proven track record of optimizing efficiencies and continually enhancing team performance, ensuring the delivery of exceptional service and quality standards.
Expertly handle challenging situations with a focus on customer service-driven resolutions, fostering a positive experience for all stakeholders.
Leverage your extensive experience in L&D to define and uphold excellence standards, constantly striving for superior outcomes.
Proficiently work with ROI measurement tools and outcomes analysis, driving decisions and strategies based on data-driven insights.
Support the design, delivery, and Development of OFG Leadership and management curriculum and learning programs, ensuring they align with organizational goals.
Deliver Leadership and management programs including training, coaching, mentoring, learner reviews, and feedback, demonstrating best practices in line with industry standards.
Conduct initial assessments of learners' needs, plan and record training plans, and take a 'hands-on' approach with learners' coaching, ensuring alignment with industry practices.
Measure the impact of learning and training against business performance, making necessary improvements to enhance outcomes.
Develop assessment strategies ensuring knowledge, understanding, skills, and competencies meet job role requirements.
Establish strong, positive relationships with regional service leads and colleagues, addressing individual needs effectively, whether face-to-face or virtually.
Collaborate with L&D colleagues to create new learning material, sharing specialist knowledge to continuously improve solution content and design.
Deliver exceptional levels of customer service in all interactions and training deliveries.
Support, lead, and participate in project work as required, contributing expertise to drive successful outcomes.
Maintain CPD and stay updated with the latest thinking and trends in the market, incorporating relevant insights into training practices.
Must be prepared to travel to deliver training at services when needed, driving will be essential to this role.

What we are looking for:
Experience in delivering a wide range of training activities to a variety of audiences including up to Executive level
Knowledgeable of different learning styles and evidence of how these are embedded in course/learning solution materials
Excellent and engaging training and facilitation skills
Strong networker, able to build relationships with people at all levels
Experience of supporting the creation of materials, and solutions and delivering learning that impacts behaviour
Able to establish and build professional relationships effectively at every level in each service
A track record of customer service being at the heart of thinking and approach, going out of way to exceed customer expectations
CIPD qualified, min level 3, or equivalent
