Our client, a prominent player in the Defence and Security industry, is looking for an experienced Lean Product Lifecycle Management PMO to join their team on a contract basis. This role will allow for a flexible hybrid work setup, with presence required in Filton for part of the week and potential travel towards the end of 2024.
Key Responsibilities:
- Overseeing the implementation of Lean Product Lifecycle Management processes within projects.
- Ensuring project methodologies comply with industry and company standards.
- Providing regular status reports to stakeholders and adjusting project schedules and plans as required.
- Identifying potential areas for improvement in project management processes.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution.
- Monitoring project budgets and timelines, providing oversight to ensure projects remain within scope.
Job Requirements:
- Significant experience in a PMO role.
- Strong understanding of Lean principles and Product Lifecycle Management.
- Excellent organisational and leadership skills.
- Proficient in managing large, complex projects.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Able to commit to hybrid working arrangements and occasional travel later in the contract.
- Undergoing BPSS clearance is likely needed for this role.
