Job Purpose of Learner Advisor Coordinator:

• Provide a sense of authority to potential learners enabling them to feel more confident and manage their initial digital entry position and salary expectations.
• Demonstrate a willingness to learn and motivate others to develop/grow industry-specific knowledge and skills and apply for appropriate digital roles.
• Monthly job clubs and 1-2-1 support for each cohort providing career advice, CV writing, interview techniques, application support, and matching bootcamp graduates to employer vacancies.
• Effectively complete and send out learner and employer surveys collating feedback from each to support our delivery and wrap around IAG support and support M2 and M3 outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

Learner Advisor Coordinator

• Effectively work with referral agencies to promote the Skills Bootcamp program obtain referrals for eligible people across Essex and London as per the contract requirements and attend events such as job fairs and careers events to promote the organization.
• Provide IAG for all bootcamp learners, promotional & and informative overview of TheLightBulb Skills Bootcamps, gaining participant commitment to positively focus on their digital skills development and digital employment journey.
• Demonstrate professional integrity in completing all contractual paperwork.
• Responsible for admin-related duties around offboarding learners, coordinating course attendances, and working within the boot camp team to provide additional admin support as required.
• Provide employment support focused on creating their personal profile, digital CV, and progression to a digital job outcome in line with our company’s strategy.
• Support with the collection and chasing of evidence needed to successfully claim funding.
• Co-ordinate the collection of case studies and learner feedback for the contract
• Ensure compliance and accuracy with all aspects of service delivery.
• Deliver a high-quality service in line with TheLightBulb’s delivery model.
• Create awareness amongst the learners about our company’s vision of equal opportunities and values.
• Be commercially aware and understand contractual requirements and be willing to adjust delivery to ensure requirements are being met. General
• Maintain good working relationships with colleagues and other relevant stakeholders.
• Adhere to relevant company policies and procedures.
• Attend training activities as and when needed for personal development.
• To undertake any other tasks as deemed appropriate.
