Learner Engagement Officer

S Knights Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Learner Engagement Officer on a full time permanent contract based in Chesterfield working Monday to Friday, 9 to 5. Our client are experts in the world of further education, having supported thousands of individuals through a variety of training programmes such as Apprenticeships, Adult education, Bootcamps and even commercial training! This particular role involves p roactively engaging with the community and stakeholders to identify potential learners, promoting our client and its services to encourage individuals to enroll in the programmes. We are looking for someone passionate, driven and tenacious. You will play a vital role with the learners journey, supporting them in the right direction and ensuring the right placements are made so they can thrive and build a career in whatever industry they embark upon. Role and Responsibilities:

• Establish a strong network for referring learners, connecting with local stakeholders.
• Advertise educational services to relevant stakeholders, boosting awareness and engagement.
• Maintain detailed databases of learners and stakeholders for efficient communication.
• Stay in regular touch with learners and local stakeholders to provide ongoing support.
• Aim to meet weekly enrollment targets, supporting program success.
• Assist learners in securing work experience and engage in networking to strengthen community ties.
• Ensure accurate completion of recruitment paperwork to initiate funding processes.
• Collaborate with team members to monitor and support learner progress.
• Handle new learner registrations, manage online ads, and update vacancy systems.
• Foster relationships with employers to support learner advancement.
• Fulfill any additional duties as assigned by the Senior Management Team and line manager.

Skills and Experience:

• IAG Level 3 qualification and Safeguarding Level 2 training are desirable
• Knowledge of AEB or Multiply contracted provision
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Genuine passion for working with people
• Sensitivity to the needs of learners, young people, and vulnerable members of society
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
• Resilient and proactive in seeking new business opportunities
