Job description

Belmont Recruitment are currently looking for an experienced Learning Administrator to join Liverpool City Council’s Adult Learning Service on an initial 3-month temporary contract. This is a full-time role working 36 hours per week, Monday to Friday.

Key Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Providing high-quality customer service and business support to learners, staff, partners, and residents of the community
  • Covering the reception desk and answering any incoming calls
  • Preparing reports and teaching materials
  • Organising meetings and taking accurate notes
  • Assisting in facilitating learner enrolment by undertaking assigned duties and processing documentation and fee payments
  • Producing agendas
  • Updating financial software systems
  • Updating learner records and appointment schedules

Requirements:

  • Previous experience of working in Administration, ideally within a Social Care or Educational setting
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Excellent IT skills
