Belmont Recruitment are currently looking for an experienced Learning Administrator to join Liverpool City Council’s Adult Learning Service on an initial 3-month temporary contract. This is a full-time role working 36 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
Key Duties & Responsibilities:
- Providing high-quality customer service and business support to learners, staff, partners, and residents of the community
- Covering the reception desk and answering any incoming calls
- Preparing reports and teaching materials
- Organising meetings and taking accurate notes
- Assisting in facilitating learner enrolment by undertaking assigned duties and processing documentation and fee payments
- Producing agendas
- Updating financial software systems
- Updating learner records and appointment schedules
Requirements:
- Previous experience of working in Administration, ideally within a Social Care or Educational setting
- Excellent customer service skills
- Excellent IT skills
