You belong in a team where you can act with purpose and thrive in your own way. For more information on Sodexo Careers please visit Sodexo Careers Main ResponsibilitiesWork with L&D Manager to ensure all statutory and mandatory training data is accurately recordedWork with L&D Manager to accurately record ITC course data and monitor attendance and missed sessionsBuild relationships with internal and external Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and external agencies to create and coordinate ITC schedulesAssist the L&D Trainer with coordinating mentors and shift patterns for new custodial colleaguesSource and book courses with external agencies for upskilling and to meet contractual requirements and KPIsUpdate and monitor the Training Matrix to ensure compliance and identifying any gaps relating to contractual KPIs etc.Provide efficient administration services to Learning and Development within Sodexo Justice Services, including maintaining records, dealing with and responding to queriesRaise purchase orders for external L&D costsMonitor and report external L&D costsCollate and report L&D data on an ad hoc, weekly and monthly basisBe responsible for stationery, kit, uniform and kitchen ordersBe prepared to assist with any other tasks as requestedPlease see attached job description for further information regarding the role requirements  The Ideal Candidate EssentialExcellent administration, organisation and prioritisation skillsResilient and resourcefulStrong communication skills at all levelsEffective listenerAbility to build robust working relationships with individuals and departmentsAbility to demonstrate great team working skills but also be able to work independentlyGood IT skills and knowledge of MS packages (Word, Excel, Outlook and Teams)Flexibility to work in a dynamic environment to ensure timelines are metApproachableConfident and enthusiastic individual with a positive outlook who strives for team successProactiveDesirableExperience of working in a custodial environmentSSCL vettedAbout The Company  At Sodexo, our purpose is to create a better everyday for everyone to build a better life for all.
