Learning and Development Administrator
Based in East Grinstead (Hybrid working on offer)
£26000- £28,000 + Benefits including discretionary company bonus scheme.
Frazer Jones is delighted to be partnering with a market leading and award-winning business to help them recruit a Learning and Development Administrator. This is a great role for someone who is keen to deliver, ambitious to succeed and wants to work within a busy L&D team. It would suit a highly skilled administrator looking for their first L&D role or a capable L&D Administrator looking for a new challenge and progression.
As the L&D Administrator you will be responsible for organising all business training courses, maintaining training records and analysing all training data. You will own the onboarding and induction process as well as championing the new Learning Management System. This will involve developing e learning course content, upgrading existing training modules and supporting the transformation from the manual system to the new LMS.
This role can also offer the opportunity to get involved with face to face training if this is something that would appeal to you.
To be successful in this role you will have proven experience of working as an Administrator with an interest in Learning & Development or you will be in a supportive role within a busy HR function. You will demonstrate excellent attention to detail skills, be methodical and pragmatic in your approach as well as being highly organised. You will be a pro active team player who is a quick learner with effective communication skills along with the desire to facilitate training delivery.
