Job Title: People Development Administrator (FTC)
Location: United Kingdom, remote
About the role:
As the People Development Administrator, you will play a key role within the Global People Development team. Reporting into the Head of Operations & Digital Learning, your main purpose will be to co-ordinate and maintain all aspects of administration related to the People Development learning offer, as well as being the first point of contact within the to advise on a wide range of queries.
This is a varied and busy role where you will work on multiple activities at once in a global business undergoing an exciting period of transformation. If you have a strong background in administration and a flare for creativity, then this could be the role for you.
As a 12-month fixed-term contract, this is a great opportunity for someone looking to explore their early career or expand their knowledge in a secondment position.
Responsibilities:
  • Liaising with internal and external trainers, arranging course dates where necessary, and ensuring materials required for the training sessions are available.
  • Assisting with publicity for the programmes, including updating the company intranet with information and promoting upcoming learning sessions on Yammer.
  • Provide information to enquiries on session availability, training processes and best practices.
  • Collate feedback from sessions, identify trends and share analysis with wider team.
  • Create compelling copy to encourage greater awareness and uptake of the people development offer.
To be successful in the role, you will have:
  • A good background in similar, relevant administration roles.
  • Proven skills in Microsoft Office products, particularly Excel, Word and Outlook.
  • Excellent time management and workload prioritisation skills.
  • Communication and copywriting skills with a creative flare in promoting campaigns.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across departments and with external vendors.
