We are looking for a Co-Ordinator's to be part of our dedicated team of learning professionals, to ensure that we engage and provide the best possible learning outcomes for our learners in a range of mediums.

We are looking for an experienced and highly skilled co-ordinator who can bring their experience to engage, support and communicate effectively with all staff. We want somebody who is passionate about Learning and dedicated to support our Talent team and is great with stakeholders at all levels of the business.

Core responsibilities

The role will be the main communication channel for the business, in addition to organising training, creating, analysing & communicate data, and managing regulatory training for the business.

Key Responsibilities will include:

  • Producing regular data/reports & packs.
  • Produce & analyse data led learning stats.
  • Manage & report on all Regulatory Training for the business.
  • Forecasting – pre-planning for projects, busy times, campaigns.
  • Data to measure success of new initiatives – LinkedIn, Performance, Google Analytics.
  • Communication direct with staff e.g., mailbox, requests, etc.
  • Book training & rooms when required.
  • Ensure session training data is up to date.
  • Monitor attendance to ensure training sessions have maximum attendance.
  • Manage BABS (Buy a Book Scheme) (ordering, queries, audit etc).
  • Manage LinkedIn process.
  • Manage refer A Friend process.
  • Manage Sponsorship process.

Knowledge, core capabilities and experience:

  • Proven ability to self-motivate with a commitment to understanding the use of new technology and a commitment to continued self-development.
  • Proven ability to work well both in a team and on own initiative with a proactive approach.
  • Ability to work under pressure and to meet deadlines.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Good I.T (Informational Technology) skills, including Microsoft packages such as PowerPoint, Excel & Word.
  • Good analytical and troubleshooting skills.
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills including ability to persuade colleagues to use new technology.
  • Ability to work effectively with staff at all levels in the UK & Internationally.
  • Ability to balance multiple projects concurrently in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Good technology application skills and feel comfortable handling technical problems.
  • Have a thorough and contemporary understanding of iLearn (Cornerstone LMS).
  • An excellent eye for detail and ability to analysis learning insights.

Salary, Benefits, and Work-Life Balance

We do not have a set salary for this position, as it will be dependent on the successful candidate’s experience. We are happy to see CVs from all candidates who meet the requirements and will be happy to discuss the remuneration package.
