Job summary
The Learning & Development Coach (LDC) will have responsibility for the overall co-ordination, oversight, and delivery elements of Rossie’s Learning and Development strategy.The LDC will design and enhance the training provision on offer at Rossie, in conjunction with all core organizational functions and the multi-disciplinary nature of the organization.The LDC will work closely with the SLDC to support tailor-made and bespoke training packages and other Rossie work as and when required.
Job seniority: mid-to-senior level
Responsibilities
• Coaching and Mentoring• Supporting the delivery of organizational training programs• Supporting the progression of professional qualifications and training• Work collaboratively with colleagues, external partners, and stakeholders to identify training needs and best practice
Requirements
• Relevant higher level qualification in Learning & Development, Human Resources, or a related field• Proven experience in designing & delivering training programs, workshops & development initiatives for social care professionals• Proficient in evaluating the effectiveness of training programs & making data-driven improvements• Excellent interpersonal, collaboration & networking skills• Excellent communication (written & verbal) skills• Strong organizational, planning, analytical & problem-solving skills• Attention to detail & ability to prioritize conflicting demands• Ability to undertake research & interpret within organizational context• Full Clean Driving Licence
